THIS WEBPAGE is provided as an appendix to the Article "DYNAMITE Demand Letters and Portfolios" which was published in the February 2010 El Paso Bar Journal. Click on the Links below and you will see an example of a fictitious demand letter created in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat 9 Reader (FREE http://get.adobe.com/reader/ ) on your computer to see the multimedia (video & sound). I would suggest that you download these PDF files to your own computer so they will run at your CPU/Hard-Drive speed and will not be dependent on your Internet Bandwidth speed. Right click on the link and "save target as". In the demand letter when you open the PDF file with Acrobat 9 Reader, click on the photo of the baby. The video will run with sound. You can also run the video in full screen mode or in a floating window that you can adjust for you preferred presentation placement and size. I have also included below a PORTFOLIO which shows the power of Higher Dimensional Thinking in PDF communication. IT IS A BIG FILE, TRY IT and see how it can help you in your practice. Thanks, DJ Ferrell

In February 2010, Attorney Dale McCleary gave his judicial robe to Woodrow Bean, III the grandson of our famous El Paso Legend, Judge Woodrow Bean. Judge Bean gave this judicial robe to Dale in Dale's early years when he was a municipal judge here in El Paso. This robe is certainly an historic heirloom of the unforgettable (never dead history) of El Paso County, Texas! DJF
